I have a 2011 Mazda3 Hatch, and my passenger side mirror glass fell out and is... dangling by a connector, which seems to be the connector for defrosting?
I've read some posts and how-to-guides regarding the replacement, but seems to me they were more likely replacing the entire side mirror.

I guess what I'm trying to find out is, say I order the mirror glass from Online Mazda Parts (which I saw a lot of recommendation in the threads), is it easy as disconnecting the current (broken) glass from the defrost connector, re-connect the defrost connector to the new Mirror Glass, and popping them back in?
Any tools/splices/glues/Duck Tape(?) needed? (as you can see... total newbie here...)

I didn't want to order the part first, and then later find out that this is something that might go over my head. Any help/comments would be appreciated! Thank you.

Probably forgot to mention that the reason why I want to replace it, is that the glass itself is broken.
