Anyone have any suggestions for the best websites to purchase kits for a clear bra?? Never put one on before but looks like something I could handle... Would like to look into it, but thought best to get some advice first. Thanks
As I've stated elsewhere, let a professional install it. Look to Xpel and 3M's websites to find a listing of authorized (and properly trained professionals). Most will negotiate price (since the majority of the cost is install and replacement guarantee).
I couldn't agree with glenk more. This is something to let the professionals do. I may be mistaken, but I believe the full warranty hinges on being installed by one of their authorized installers.
thanks for the input. I can't seem to find a dealer closer than about 100 miles, so was thinking about doing it myself. Guess I may keep looking for a while!
Small world, I live 45 minutes east of Springfield and 45 minutes west of Champaign. I ended getting mine done in a town near St. Louis , but later I was doing a search and came across an installer in Springfield. I had an "upper smile" filled and painted recently and am currently waiting for the paint to cure and will be contacting this guy to cover it since I have the clear bra already. (I'll be ditching the front plate :clap I'll try to find the info I got and post it here in the next day or so.
Thanks for the info, Gunner. I called Guy at Car Armor. Looks like $600 for bumper, hood, fender and mirrors. Seems like a good deal. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again.
