Hi,

what is your current running firmware-version in MZD? Maybe your Mazda-Dealer updated it during services ...?
Sat-Nav-update is a complete different thing. You can update via Mazda-Toolbox, or buy a new NO-OEM-Mazda-SD-Card (no Idea why sooo cheap, but it will work) here:
Europe 2022 Mazda Connect BJM766EZ1U

But with these NO-OEM-Cards another update with the Mazda-Toolbox-Software is not possible. The Toolbox-Software will identify these card as "illegal"! So never try the Toolbox-Update with these cards. Next time, maybe in a few years, you can buy a new card.

But wait, I thing the MZD-Firmware maybe need to be updated, to detect the 8 GB or 16 GB new Nav-SD-Cards. I`m not sure.

First post your MZD-firmware-version.

Bye

Hi,

OS-System is the MZD-Firmware. There a a lot of new firmware availible. You can update to 70.00.367.. or to the newest 74.00.311A. Read here in the forum about both firmware-updates.

2nd: Update your Mazda-Nav-Data via Mazda-Toolbox or buy a new card for SD-Card-Slot. Nothing to do with OS-System/Firmware. Firmware-Update via USB-Stick.
