Hi wonder if someone have experience tuning the skyactiv 2.2 with OV ,,
how is the EGT ,what is the peak boost
I am mainly thinking about the handheld tuner

I think you should contact OV directly. He responded to a Facebook message i sent him pretty quickly.

I think there was some concern about warranty using similar products. Be sure to find out before you fiddle.

Most who have used a highly reputable tuner, in this case OV, have been just fine, especially enjoying the greater power, etc.

And yet there is always a chance, so if one can afford the ultimate downside, and are a risk taker, happy power upgrades to you.

On my '15 Z06 with its factory 650 HP/TQ, I have friends with the same car who were not satisfied, had them "tuned." Great idea? Well, not if your motor blows up and you have a $30,000 motor replacement bill. I do 30+ mods on all my cars, but personally never do anything that "tunes" the car, nor add mod parts that could result in a powertrain or electronic system failure. But that's just me, making choices I am happy with.

We each get to choose, again the old "risk versus reward" -- that only each of us knows the answer to.
