Hi, I am located in the EU and bought a new Mazda with the Navigation enabled last fall but I have not received a single map update since. I actually paid quite a bit for the option and is puzzled why there has been no updates since. We have had some changes to larger roads , exits and roundabouts in my area and it really is lagging as of now - sending me down exits/roads not there anymore. How often am I supposed to receive updates? The dealer just says that I am eligible for 3 years but cannot tell how often..

As i have read it the mazda updates maps twice a year...in the fall and in the spring so the update should be around the corner ...one think i dont know is why i dont have a guide for the navigation on a head-up display...i just cant figure it out why...

this is impossible what are you writing here, if you have new MZD mean you have the last new version of MAP, check your MAP on SDCARD it may old 2014 then your service you bought for 3 years upgrade just spam.

other wise no city or country in EU will change exits as you wrote unless temporary for accident or ells .
