Currently running 343412 in the rear, but its a bit soft with tools and things in the hatch so I send in a inquiry.

Techsupport replied with 551105 and said its firmer.

FYI, that is all.

Its directly from KYB tech support.

The front is the same with 2009 mazda 3. I know they work cuz I currently run them. Meant as OEM replacement on a budget, not OEM+++sport+++ultra+++handling+++.

38.6mm for the 343412
39.0mm for the 551105

to me, they are the same diameter, but if tech support said they are firmer I'll take their word for it.

$65 Canadian for one damper, not half bad.

update:

turns out the shocks werent getting soft, it was the rear endlinks. replaced both, ride is good as new, if not firmer.
