Hey all,

I'm Ryan, from East Bay, CA.

Just bought my first ever Mazda today. My 2013 BMW was totaled a few weeks ago, so I found a silver lining to get out of a huge payment and into a car that is still pretty dang nice!

2017 Mazda3, Touring, Manual trans.

Like the car a lot so far, very European-ish, a TON of similarities to my previous 335, interior and body lines. Helps the transition ;)

Pic attached, dealership shot. Wish I had told them not to mount the front plate! I removed it but now there are two nice stupid holes ha.

Sorry to hear about the totaling of the 335, but glad to hear the silver lining worked out for you! Looking forward to seeing what you do with her.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new ride. Planning any mods?
Definitely, though not sure extent yet. Initial thought was performance, however no matter what I do it will pale next to what I came from, so I am trying to remember that it is a completely different animal! :)

Ordered some LED replacement bulbs tonight from Precision LED, so that is a start. Going to add the auto dim/homelink mirror, alloy pedals, and all weather mats shortly.
