Rims/tires delivered via UPS from Tirerack last night and one rim has been damaged. Freakin out right now, not a happy camper. Tirerack and UPS were closed so I sent an email to Tireracks customer service and to buddy that helped me with my order. Plan on calling UPS when they open up for business and taking rim/tire to local UPS shipping centre. Has anyone had an issue like this?

Update- called Tirerack today and they are sending out wheel/tire today and should take 5 business days. They will start a UPS damage claim and UPS will contact me in a few days to pick up damaged wheel/tire. Great customer service, no hassles. Just thought I'd share.

that's good news, but damn, now you have to wait an extra 5 days for the new one.
