Hi everybody,
Do you know if it will have somes tweaks to add or enable things like: touchscreen while driving on firmware 59.00.502 soon? I did a mistake to reset my stereo so i lost that tweaks. Do we have somes more informations about when it will be possible as the latest firmware? I want to change the colors and add somes backgrounds images, carplay auto, etc..

59.00.502 takes away usb input ability,so no more tweaks for you bud. You are stuck unless you take out cmu and that means taking apart dash..

You have to take out CMU and connnect with console cable then put some script on your CMU.
You can find instruction on this website.
I did it on my new CX5 2018. I confirmed, It is working well.

This is not recommended with people who don't know about Linux.

If I'm leasing the car and I install the AIO / Android Auto module.. will they give me trouble whenever I take it in for service?

That's maybe and maybe not. Every service shop is different. You can always uninstall the tweaks and reinstall after the service. However, if they do update the firmware your tweaks will be written over anyway and you will need to reinstall assuming you already installed ID7, If they notice tweaks they may still say something to you since you don't actually own the car or the service person may not even notice, or they may not even update your firmware...a lot of scenarios can happen. They may even make note in the car files there were noticeable tweaks to the infotainment for future reference if there should be any issues...I would just install the tweaks and not even deal with the unknown.
