Nav crashing Infotainment

Hi everyone!

I just picked up my new mazda3 (second one I've owned) and I have run into a small issue while navigating.
I was driving to a destination with the nav on and the infotainment system randomly rebooted while on the highway, once it turned back on it rebooted again almost immediately. The same thing happened the next day I was driving to the same destination (I now knew the way, I was just testing the system). After the second time this happened I checked to see if there was a map update that might help solve the issue, there was an update and I went ahead with it.....today I tested again while driving to the same destination and it rebooted twice again, in the same spot everytime.

I was wondering if anyone was having any weird issues with the nav like this, the car is a 2017 mazda3 Sport GT with the Premium package, I never had issues like this on my old mazda3 (2014 sport GS).

The OS firmware version is 59.00.441 NA N
Fail-Safe version is 59.00.441

I'm thinking this is an isolated bug but if anyone has any comments/suggestions it would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Navi or SDCARD will never cause issue of reboot, or screen go black. if there issue with nav will at least freeze or just in loading circle.

did your distention Military base with high RF Antenna??. if so then the reboot happen exactly at same point of your first and second drive test.... if this case.NO-- .
make factory reset and check, if this not help.. go to dealer ..
its really strange. please tell us the result..
one things more.. if you go to that destination again , delete the route from your nav and make new route calculation to the route from A-B , because your calculation from B-A work fine, so the RF signal i mentioned wasn't a reason even if it exist .
in this case 100% some things wrong with the map on this road.. which version of Map you are using ?
would be nice if you can write down proximally the coordinate of the place it crash down to search it on other map version.

i just made simulation on both side north to south, and east to west on 401 the map are complete and no cut at it in code ( Mazda map NNG 2015 Q2 ) this issue we should know the reason.

That is very cool, could be a faulty SD card?
Maybe I'll take a trip to my local dealer and see if they have anything to say about the issue.

Thanks!
you did update before.. it will worth if you make clone second SDCARD with nav tool. or just copy paste from yours backup it could be also one sector bad at SDCARD.. so or so you need to make copy to your card to be in safe . 6GB one enough to NA
Ohh... How come your nav looks different than mine?
this is PC simulator for edit maps or testing IGO function , skin. data.
