Wanting a decent power increase from my 1rst gen bk sp23, the factory L3ve is the non-turbo variant of the L3vet in the mazdaspeed.
With a OEM 9.7.1 compression ratio and port injection I'd probably grenade the stock engine if I tried turboing it.
What's involved in an engine swap? Would the mounts match up? Is the manual 5sp box strong enough? Does the mps lsd fit?
Any input greatly appricated.
