This began about 2 months back, happens randomly.

If this camera issue?
or battery issue(my original battery has not been changed yet since 2014)?
or any electronic issue?

That to me looks like either a data cable issue or interference. Trace the cable back from the camera to the head until looking for splits in the cable insulation.

I had the same intermittent problem with my 2017 Mazda 3. Since it was still under warranty I took it into the dealer and they had to replace the camera which fixed the problem.
