Same boat as you there's some other submissions on here that have asked similar things and it sounds like you have to replace alot of sensors and it would cost 1,500 but i think it is feasible. atleast from what ive read it seems like not many people respond about the older models. Curious what coilovers your running same with wheels as this is gonna be the first mods im looking to install.

I've got BC Racing BR Series Coilovers, Aodhan DS06 rims, and Nitto Neo Gen Tires.

If you're looking for coilovers, the BC Racing are fantastic. They have damping adjustability on both rear and front shocks and front camber plates. You can get adjustability on the rear but that's a separate purchase, and course you have the ride height adjustability.
They cost about $1200, by all mean they are not cheap but they are worth it. Never had a problem with them and they make the car handle the corner like if it was nothing! I love them!

For wheels, that's optional. I've gotten the Aodhan because they look good and they weren't too expensive. Only $900 a set, of course price varies on what size the rim is.
The Nitto are nice grippy tires. Only costing $716 a set. They really hug the road very effectively.
Overall these Mods have been a real blast and never been more thrilled about my Mazda 3. I always have a good time driving it!
your the man glad i found someone else thats a mazda enthusiast, im going for one hp per pound, id love a speed but i know how i drive and that would only result in crazy moments. would love to hear the forced induction on it though ive drove a couple and man are they fun. Got magna flow headers and exhaust with a cork sport intake that came stock on it, ran a tube from the drivers side fog light up and man does it make a deference, car sounds exactly how i want it and the next step is the rims/tires and full suspension. was looking at Raceland and Bilstein's but gonna look into yours. your rims look insane id love to see how your car looks.
