Yea, mine is peeling bad too. I'm not sure what to do. If it's installed from the top then maybe you could pull it off and replace it, or paint it, or wrap it...

Based on those pics it looks like the emblem is chromed and inserted into the steering wheel. It can't all be one piece because they wouldn't be able to chrome that and not the rest of the cover. Those look to be locating pins, and not mushroomed over, thus probably some thin double-sided tape or adhesive just holding it on. I might try to pull it off using a thin knife/spatula and could probablly get some chrome vinyl wrap and just wrap the emblem or paint it.

This is a cover from another site without the logo and just holes. Different amount of holes though lol. One way to find out lol.
