Mazda Connect firmware upgrade questions.

Hello fellas! I'm new here and totally new to Mazda as well. I got a 2016 Mazda 3 hatchback and need to upgrade the head unit in order to get the Apple Carplay feature.

Current version: 55.00.753
Upgrade goal: the latest possible.

I've been told that, because Im on version 55, I should upgrade to v59 before I jump to v70 or above.

Can somebody point me in the right direction? I really really want to do this. Where do I get the files? I don't see them on any Mazda website.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I too am going through this process.

I found some links to get me to 70.00.100 on this video.

just updated to v70 like 10 minutes ago,the instructions and files are in this link,super easy,as long as you are above 31.xx.xxx you can jump to 70.00.100,and then from there you jump to 74.xx.xxx
