The SINGLE File are ONLY for Mazda 3 (BP) and Mazda CX-30 (DM) and MX-30 (DR) also specific 2021~ CX-5 and CX-9, see the MUST READ WARNING.txt in server.
Can Not
be used in the Original Mazda/MZD Connect of 2014-20xx.

NOTE:
You can not rename File whatsoever.
You can not have ANY other file or files or folders on your flash drive.

You must only have the correct ONE single .kwi file on a small FAT32 (about 16GB) Flash Drive, file CAN NOT be in a .zip or .rar format... ONLY a .kwi format.

IF still having issues of CMU not seeing USB Flash Drive do a full format clean of Drive.
Put small <16GB USB Drive in Windows 10 PC, go to Start, This PC, RIGHT Click on the Drive, Select Format.., Select FAT32, Select Start, click OK, all files on Drive will be Deleted and Drive Re-Formatted (cleaned).
Copy/Paste new Firmware file ONLY on Drive, remove from PC and try in your car again.

IF you are using any MacOS PC to download file then that will also corrupt your Flash Drive as Macs add hidden files onto flash drive and car CMU will not see the file.

MAZDA ONLY supports MS-Intel Windows 10 64bit OS and is used by all car makers for Diagnostic and Maintenance UPDATES in their Automobiles.
Apple (Mac) systems is not supported or used by any car brands in Service Departments or for Diagnostics, period.

When you say “BP Mazda 3” what is the BP !?
BP is the MODEL CODE of the car...and is part of the cars VIN (Number).

Mazda worldwide uses this 'code' to itentify what model, Parts Departments also.

The old model Mazda 3 was the BM and BN.

One before that Mazda 3 was BL.

Mazda 2 is a DJ and DL

CX-3 is DK.

Some trivia, car makers don't usually use the O (letter) as in computers/data O letter gets mistaken for number 0, Same applies to letter I (i) as it can be mistaken as a 1.

I’m little bit scared about update my infotainment system. I don’t know if is the right file for Canadian version ...
What is the file in the car now, seriously Read what is says.

IF your FIRMWARE is a Lower Number then it is outdated, and up to you if you update at your own risk.

IF your Firmware is the EXACT SAME Number then you don't update...no reason to.

IF your Firmware Number is Higher than listed ABOVE then YOU DO NOT UPDATE...

Pretty simple really.

Changelogs are not available at the moment, same applies to fix bugs like ANY Firmware Update.
If anyone does not understand this then they should not touch their car.:nerd:

Thanks for the last message :) the update change nothing visible at this moment. The annoying voice on the GT is still there :( I check my VIN number before and it’s ok :)

I talk with Mazda about the voice when opening this door and the guy tell me that Mazda works with Panasonic at this moment for this problem

Is it just me or does the scheduled maintenance reset itself to Manual every time instead of staying on Automatic like I want?

I updated from 10012 to 10015.

Please tell me how to unzip this file(.kwi).
HUH...

WHY do you ask about unzip file?
DID you Combine all at once to download, YOU SHOULD download, 1 (one) file at a time.

IF your file is a .zip, you need to extract it with Winzip or other program, or download the .kwi file ONLY again, one file at a time.

ONLY .kwi on Flash Drive.
Check Hashsum.

Did you ever use the navigation system? The voice stopped telling me the speed limit once I used it

You have the GS or GT ? This problem is only certain GT. I’m not using the SD card so the voice is not talking. I’m waiting for Mazda update.
