I ordered my GT with Luxury Pkg in October and I've been bitching about Mazda taking forever to ship the car over from Japan. I'm kind of glad that they did take that long. I called up Mazda and they said the offer still applies to me since I don't have the car in my hands yet, it's still a December purchase.

Now I'm just waiting to see if the dealership promotion (which gives me $3000 cash back and no payment for first 90 days) applies to my car.

The sad news is.. I still haven't gotten my car yet, and I don't know when I'll be getting it

I'm not a great dealer but I like to check prices everywhere. Any advices welcome!

Ordered the GS with sunroof, convenience and 6spd auto with Soul Red paint (+$300) and dealer said no Ipad unless car arrives before Dec 31 as they have to have the VIN number registered by then to get the Ipad; So I would check that out . AND no budging on the price.

I'm not liking Mazda's philosophy at the moment of their "two engine to fit them all, two engines to please them, and two engines to convert them all..." in North America.(LOTR rip off, yes)

Now that Accord hybrid is out, dont think 6 diesel stands a chance(unless you on a 6spd rowing team like me)

seeing alot of 2013 on the road tho...a LOT of them, dats witout ipad.

That sucks. I ordered the GS with convenience package, the car is yet to arrive in a week or two but I already got the VIN number when I ordered. I was told that since there is a shortage of cars right now, they guarantee you a car by giving you its VIN number as the car's are already en route.

And where are you at if you got your Vin number when ordered ? Unless of course the Car was already here In Canada. Sounds as if mine is on the assembly line being made or if I am lucky maybe it's on the boat. The Soul Red is not an easy colour to get as it's gone before it's off the boat. There was one in Vancouver just off the boat BUT no sunroof.
