I am from Malaysia and too bad there is no direct link from Mazda Malaysia regarding the GraceNote update. Just curios where should I download the *.up from? Does it matter?

Finally, I found the reason.

As mentioned in faq:upgradegracenotes [Mazda3Hacks] , we have to find the right version in order for MZD Connect system to recognize the *.up and update successfully.
