I have a 2014 Mazda 3 with starting VIN JM1BM1M30 and it has never had a firmware update.This car is in Canada. In the system screen it is at version 29.00.000 in which I would like to update. When I click to any of the upload links I get an Google error message "403. That's an error. We're sorry but you do not have access to this page. That's all we know". Does anyone know how to fix this? I do not want to go to a dealership to get the new firmware loaded into my vehicle.

Make sure to update to Version 31 first (failsafe file, then the reinstall file) before updating to 59.00.441

u still answer Q? i got mazda 3 (2015) in israel firmware is V31 but doesnt got any letter on it.
u got anyidea how should i update it? which steps... and which version first.
