looks like the displays on the left and right are not functional either or is it just the state we're seeing it in?
you'll need to check it for any error codes, possible this could cause one. service manual says to use the dealer scan tool. not sure if a standard OBD2 scanner would pick up something like this.
in all likelihood it's either a bad connection or the instrument cluster has failed. that means pulling the dash apart to check connections and continuity, inspecting the dash cluster for any obvious faults like cracked solder joints, etc.
you'll find the service manual over in the how-to guides section. it's for a 2014 but i can confirm that the 2015 is identical. start there and see if you want to tackle this on your own or not.
