hello everyone,
I have in my mazda 3 2014 an infotainement audio system and sometimes the system get crazy and do things all alone like go to bluetooth settings and erase some connected phone or getting to the contact list and call someone in the list .
i tried to upgrade the version to 57.00 ver and it didn't help at all .
please help !

My touch screen was replaced on warranty for doing that. There is a Technical Bulletin on the touchscreen problems that includes serial numbers. There is also a diagnostic screen somewhere that can identify the problem. I've heard rumors that touchscreens are sometimes replaced for free out of warranty, but I can't confirm that. The cheap fix is to disconnect the touchscreen control connector (leave the display connector). YouTube is your friend.
