Hello,

About a year and a half ago, I replaced my breaks - 4 discs and 4 sets of break pads.
I just noticed that when I'm pulling the hand break during a drive, the rear wheels are not getting "locked".
When the car is in neutral, and the hand break is pulled, the car holds.
When the car is static, the hand break is pulled, and I switch the gear to Drive, the car holds.
When the car is static, the hand break is pulled, and I switch the gear to Drive, and I push slowly the gas pedal, the car starts moving.
The worse part is that, as I wrote i the 2nd sentence, if I'm pulling the hand break during a drive, the car continues and does not stop.
I checked the disks and pads, and all of them are in a very good shape.
I tried to adjust the Hand break handle, but it didn't had any affect on the car.
I looked at the calipers, to see if there is a way to calibrate the hand break cables' tension, but I couldn't find such.

Guys, any idea?
