I have a Mazda 3 2.2d 185 and require an uprated clutch.

After searching online the only results i keep getting is MPS MPS MPS

I have read on the dealers site that the OEM mazda clutch works with 150, 185 and MPS model.
Clutch Mazda 3 2009-2013 2.2 D 148bhp DIESEL

Am i correct in saying a Mazda MPS 2.3 clutch will work in a Mazda 3 2.2D 185 car?

Can anyone offer any assistance?

The petrol 3 and MPS 3 have different transaxles and different clutch assemblies. You would need to find which transmission you have, or if the diesel has an entirely different transaxle.

Edit: looks like the diesel and MPS have the same trans: A26M-R
