Hi all,

I own a 2016 Mazda 3 and tonight we went to a drive-in that transmits the movie's audio via FM radio instead of those old-school speakers you hang on your car window. After turning the engine off I pushed the ON button twice to turn on the electronics so we could use the radio. However, it kept turning off automatically after 30 minutes. I imagine this is a feature to prevent the battery from accidentally draining. Is there anyway to disable this or increase the amount of time before it turns off? I went through the settings menu but couldn't find anything.

Would appreciate any tips and tricks.

Thanks!

I guess if you press the clutch, the timer will reset, at least this is a trick during firmware update:
"2.7. CRITICAL: That you Do Not let your car go into automatic 'sleep/off mode', press your Brake and or Clutch Pedal every 15-20 minutes to keep Amber 'ACC' Light ON Push Button Start Switch On, use a loud bell Egg Timer set for every 20 mins. "

So i just have to tap my breaks before 30 min. that's not so bad.
