Just put on all new rotors and pads about 3-4 weeks ago and I noticed that the rotors have that somewhat orange appearance now on them. I read somewhere that you can take off the rotor and submerge it in vinegar for 1 hours and then it will all just wipe off with your finger. Anyone else run into this? And will that orange particle stuff just come back? Thanks for input.

what everyone else said. The Orange stuff is called rust.
There are some rotors that cost more and they have a coating on the rotor to prevent it from rusting as much but it still have a chance to rust.
