Did anyone receive JD Power Initial Quality Survey for MZ3 in the mail?

On my past cars it seems like I would get it within a month.

I bought my car in August and still haven't recieved a dealer survey from Mazda, so I don't hold out much hope for getting anything from JD Powers.
