Good morning, I'm sorry if I'm not clear enough but I'm not that good with the English language...
It is a mazda 3 i touring 2.0 2016 made in mexico with 7 years of use.... The system is 53.00 750 or "close to" number (please forgive im doing memory excercise here).
My infotainment system was working fine for the most part, i installed few AIO tweaks 5 years ago (bigger art, change shuffle order), i activated wifi, activated non-original navigation card and settled there... during all this years only weird thing noticed from 2 years to date (gradually more files) was that the audio files on a usb i used for 5 years (like 5k songs) several got corrupted (sounds like a tape being played quickly)... i bringing this (maybe unrelated data) in case is relevant for experts to point some failure unnoticed for me.
So, a few days ago I entered the JCI menu and deactivated the touchscreen speed lock, when I used the car again, it had the problem of ghost touches (never happened before the toggle speed), so I went back to deactivate the option, while i was in the JCI menu, I rotated the wheel just reading options until it appeared "screen test" so i run the test figuring maybe there was a failure, and apparently nothing happened, after that I used the car and gosht touches was still present when stopped.
Next night i entered the scripts submenu on JCI menu, i was reading all script options but then I accidentally pressed "screen toggle" (i think thats the option below speed toggle) I pressed it again and again to check and saw that it changed between 2 options, so I left it as I supposed it was originally (I don't remember which option it was), so I turned off the car and went to sleep, the next day when I turned on the car, the screen no longer works, nor does the camera reverse, i figured is not bricked because i can use system by voice commands or movements of the wheel, i can activate options such as using music from USB, fast forward songs, mute, from joystick and wheel, I can even enter the JCI menu with the combination of keys (I cant see it, but I know it's a yes because the music is silent and the volume or mute button stops working until I turn the car off and on)...
I figured i deacivated screen from very deep level, so tried the key combinations to reset (nav-music-mute and back-nav-mute) 20, 30 seconds and it doesn't seem to work. i need help please!
i wanted to try factory reset from menus, but haven't been able to blindly get to the factory reset menu using the joystick and wheel, maybe that might work? I followed a video to get to that point that was guiding me blindly (2 wheel spins to the right, one click, 6 joystick to the right, etc. etc.) but I didn't make it, video it's another version of the car (GT), maybe does the menu vary?
can someone compile a autorun script to usb stick to help me undo???
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!!! thank you!!!!
