I took it in for an alignment and both top helm joints were shot. Dirty A.F. and tons of play.. even though they were greased and checked regularly...

I really dig my alignment guy.. he talked about how the open helm joints always develop play after a year or two... dust and dirt builds up and it starts to bind/scrape in its housing, even when regularly serviced.

He recommended SPC or Megan Racing camber arms to replace them without me offering any input. I went with Megan Racing as I already have their toe-arms installed and have heard good things about them from @arathol.

I believe CS uses a similar joint on their camber arms too. It might be an issue for theirs as well.

Anyone else have an issue like this?

Wow....just read the description on the JBR site...Chrome plated 4130 steel, spherical ends with nylon race.....what were they thinking? Something like that is a consumable for a track car, not a long term part for a street car. The MR arms have attachment points similar to the OEM part.

Yep. Exactly what he said to me.

I already ordered the Megan Racing camber arms. :)

I do still have them, but they are not for sale.

I like to keep all of my OEM stuff... just in case I need it again.
