You can kinda see, I actually didn't look at it but you might have to take it off. It doesn't look like it's meant to come off though. Sorry it doesn't fully picture it, this was taken to make sure I put things back right on the new Grille
The lower front grille can not be removed, neither from the front, from underneath and not even after removing the entire front fascia for it is thermoplastically boned to the front fascia. Sorry.
I know, I tried, but seeing it from the back side revealed there "ain't no way."
Looks like you could cut it out the vertical pieces of the lower grill with a Dremel tool with the bumper removed as shown above but I'm sure sure how great it'd turn out, and no turning back from a step like that.
