What is the best way to paint the Mazda symbol.

I tried plasti-dipping mine on the car, and failed twice. Eventually I got fed up and used a trim tool to pry at one side of the M, and it popped right off. I broke 1 clip in the process, but it still clips in securely and doesn't move around. I'm sure you could get it off without breaking a clip, but it was 1AM and I was tired and pissed.

get a new one from the dealer and paint that one. remove the one that's on the car and replace with painted one. That's how I did mine.
