Hey all,
First of all, thanks for the awesome community support and the detailed instructions in the other thread on installing CarPlay. I was inspired by some folks' posts to give it a go myself. I got the hardware from the dealer and started taking apart the infotainment unit/center console, etc to get the existing USB box out. But I have not been able to figure out how to get it out to replace it. Is there a manual that shows how to do that, or has anyone tried on a 2015 vehicle where the USB unit is at the front of the vehicle instead of near the elbow rest? Thanks!

You have to remove the center console from the car, as there are tabs behind the console that need to be pressed to get the aux box out.
