Hi, Lately I been having a horn issue, when I press it the horn sounds muffled, I have a video that shows what it sounds like also.

I was fearing that, where exactily is the horn located by the way? I was told its under the fuse box.
But on the bright side atleast its only a $40.99 part here
the horn should be out by the grill, round metal piece with a wire running to it, some models have 2 some only the one. most likely got rusty and the clapper inside gave out.
