Mazda 3 2019 AWD. I had a Computstar autostart installed about two weeks ago and it had working fine until yesterday. The fob now says Error 6 which says to check the hood and/or hood pin. What the heck is the hood pin!? I looked under the hood to see if I could find something similar to what I've found on Google, but no luck. Any ideas!?

If you didn’t get this figured out already, bring it back to whoever did the remote start. It’s probably a feature controlled with data wires and not an actual hood pin. Or, if they did it right, a mercury switch was used and would be screwed somewhere on the hood itself.
