My car is a 2010 Mazda3 S Hatch and it's about 400 Miles from 30K. I have done the following within the past 2 months:

Changed Front Brakes
4 New Tires
Changed the Oil
New Air Filter
Full Inspection for PA

Do I have to get the 30K mile check-up and would you recommend it just to be safe?


I have some problems with the car (On related to maybe going to get the 30K mile checkup)

1. I have 3 burn holes. One by the top of each window in the fabric of the headliner and one in my drivers seat between my legs burned down into the cushion. (How much does this affect the trade in value of the car?)

2. I am started to hear a squeaking sound coming from what seams to be the back drivers side strut or spring area . . not sure why as the car only has 29K miles.

3. Lots of banging coming form the back area. I've already tightened up the hatch wing, so that's not it. I can't pinpoint where it is coming from as it only happens when I drive.

So I guess I'm asking:

Should I get the 30K mile check up and how much is it?

What would it cost to fix the burn holes?

What could be loose in the back banging around and what could be making the spring squeak?
