Hello everyone , I was able to upgrade my 2018 cx5 G.T. to do Car play today, I bought the kit from Mazda , But didn't come with Software . I found the software herehttps://my.hidrive.com/share/hsodpqja.l#$/Mazda_Firmware/NA_N
Then it was easy three hrs to complete the job. I first installed the software (Two) got to to 70.100 then took the USB housing out and tape the Not used cable , then one by one I took the front PANELS out , EASYLY snaps out TWO bolts hols the Display , kinda tricky to get to out , Has two Philips also.
Run the cable down from display to Center console and to the usb Holder and wrap the cables in the material that came with Kit .
All done loos very good.
