i tried to search to find out about this problem but found nothing. im seeing spots towards the top of both headlights. i know others have had this problem but is there anyway i can fix this? tried taking photos but the spots werent showing up in the pictures

it is condensation.
You need to check the gaskets on the back of the light to make sure they are seated correctly. You may need to reseal the headlights or have the dealer replace them.
To get rid of it in the mean time. Park your car in the sun, remove the rubber gaskets from the back of the light, start the car and turn on the lights and highbeams let the car run till the heat from the sun and the bulbs burn off the condensation then reseat the gaskets.
