So I lost antifreeze this weekend. Stopped filled it up til I could get safely parked. Noticed this pinhole this fitting. My question is am I screwed completely. Are these fitting cast in, or can it be replaced? 2012 3 with 160k miles. Looking to try and repair it. Trying to wait out two more years for new car.

Replacing with a new OEM Mazda hose. Hoses don't have extra length for any trimming.
