stupid question, the front strut mount. do they have to be installed a certain way? i remember looking at it and thinking any side will work(but i am most likely wrong).

the manual says the bolts have to line up with the bracket, but all three faces looked the same...

any experience in installing this wrong and the effect of it?




noise is still here... i may have bent something and or replace something wrong...

the rubber top hat on the struts.


update: resolved. top nut came lose of all things, noise is gone after retightened.

It doesn't matter. They just need to line up with the holes. 25 ft/lb for the torque on the nuts.
