I am looking to buy a front strut bar for my 2007 Mazda 3 2.0L Sedan. I found a brand that I like but they don’t have a version for the 2007. They have one available for the 2014 Mazda 3 Sedan and one available for the 2010 Mazdaspeed 3. Do the frames of these two cars match the Frame of the 2007? Atleast the part that holds the struts and strut bar? I will look for a different brand if not but I’m just curious if the frames are similar. Thank you!

2014 is a completely different frame...no go there. The 1st and 2nd Gen Mazda 3 were related, so they may share some chassis dimensions.
