Tried couples of things but still not operating and sometimes i have the yellow light telling me it's off... I'll have to go to the dealer i think?
Anyone with that problem???

Have you been under the right circumstances? You can try turning the sensitivity or distance up if you want it popping up more. It should only really be going off if absolutely necessary though.

I've had it pop up twice, both times I was approaching a car from behind that was making a very slow right hand turn.

Yah I've had the yellow light up and the lane assist warning light up, heavy rain and fog might have been the issue. It went away after I wiped the area on the emblem and windshield.

got to put out some cardboard boxes and try testing it out in parking lot, really want to see it work and know what conditions make it happen

Yellow behind the car icon is just a warning you're probably following closer than ideal. The full blown FOW shows nothing on the screen other than a red box that says "BRAKE!" in bold letters. I think it flashes too, and the beeper thing goes off.

Never had that happening ("BRAKE")... Tested in highway and city with different distances and speeds with cars in front of me. Nothing! Played with the settings too... Nothing happens! No beep at all (the bling spot sensor is working though).

Ahh, I thought you meant the yellow behind the car on the HUD. My bad.

Ya, yellow indicator under the instruments would mean its off. Is it turned off / deselected in your system preferences? If you have it on in the settings and the yellow light is on I would say you need to see the dealer.

Last night it was on but it was pouring rain here so this make sens but anyway, yellow light or not, it's not working in any situation. Not that i need it but i want it to work properly!!

It was heavy fog and rain yesterday when it happened

I haven't had it come up today, if it comes up again and doesn't go away after wiping away the radar/camera areas and restarting the vehicle or happens repeatedly then I will take it to the dealer. Until then I will assume it's an irregular occurrence in inclement weather and shrug it off.

I had the light on when the windshield was covered with a thin layer of frost, and I did not clean it well.
As I drove the car and the frost melted, eventually the light turned OFF.
Same happened when the windshield was foggy - after the fog cleared the light turned OFF.

Based on the manual I would consider that normal.
