Nice to see you post!
Great minds think alike they say? :nerd:
Good thoughts on the UG and Oil pressure. If you take a peek at my build thread i am already using the Ultra Gauge and working on the oil pressure via a slightly improved oil filter adapter.
I've actually been keeping an eye on your build, pretty impressed with what I've seen so far. I'm just not too active on the website itself right now since I just recently moved and haven't had much time/money to play around with my 3. I do like what you did with it though, the mounting was unique and looked really well done. Props on that

After months of laying dormant, I can finally say I've bought more car parts and they're on their way. One of these parts had to be custom made however, so it may be about a month or so before it gets here. But it's so worth it. :)

No need for edits, I accept comments, criticism, etc. Takes a lot to offend me :)
To each his own, ya know? I feel like you've taken a classy, handsome car and turned it into a "look at meeee!" car. To me that's just not what Mazda's design is about and it causes me some heart palpitations lol. I'd love have seen you stop at the rims, but that's OK and if this is your intention, OK.:wink2:

Honestly if I had gotten a Mazda6, I probably would've done that. I love the look of classy, elegant cars. The 6 can pull that off with a simple wheel change and a little more low. But for me, this hatchback just itches for me to turn it into a "hot hatch" type vehicle. However, where I'm at now with the vehicle definitely isn't the end result. I still have plenty of changes coming in the future and lots of fun ideas to tinker with. Or I might revert it all back to stock, trade it in and get something else. You can't ever really tell with me tbh :grin2:

All that matters is you love the heck out of it. Enjoy!

Original post updated with more up to date information as well as revamping the future ideas and experimental ideas sections.
I am locked onto this thread and waiting to see what you have in-store for the future projects?
Thread updated in memory of the stickers that were lost over this year. RIP.
This made me laugh. I go through stickers all through the year. Mostly because I get bored of looking at the same ones all the time.

So, just wanted to update and say that the Mazda3 build will be slowing down some but that's because I recently purchased a 1991 Chevrolet C1500 with a 350 SBC. I owned a 1993 C1500 with the same engine a few years back, but had to sell it after I encountered some medical issues which have since been resolved. I'm really excited to have a second chance to toy with old school muscle again, and plan to give this truck the love that I just wasn't able to give my old '93 at the time.

Check the build thread in my signature to see more about the current status of the truck and the future plans as well!

Well, the small block Chevy V8 has been around since 1955, and the truck is 27 years old which is considered a "Classic Truck" in the state of Texas so maybe not entirely old school, but close enough for me. :p

Well I will keep you in mind for freebee's as I clean out my garage this summer. :wink2:
You should start a build thread on this forum in OTHER CARS section ?:cowboy:

I thought about it but I decided to just keep the link in my signature so I don't have to mirror over changes. I tend to forget things very easily so I can definitely picture myself leaving the thread outdated for weeks if not months at a time. Sometimes I go weeks before checking this forum itself :p
