Hi this is probably a dumb question but has anyone managed ot fit an extra set of mounted tires/wheels in their car for transport?

I have a 2015 sedan and am purchasing a used set of snow tires mounted on 16 inch rims from someone but I'm not sure if I can physically fit them in my car for transport. I think maybe with the seats folded down I can put them in the backseat but was hoping to hear from someone who has done it previously.

You can fit 4 in the back seat alone. Room is not an issue, getting your interior dirty is the problem haha.

What AD said, just prepare for the dirt and smell and you will be good. Don't forget to protect toe doors.

Get a painting dropcloth and cover your rear seats with that.

Thanks all. You guys were right. I fit them in no problem with the seats folded down.

The seller must have cleaned the wheels/tires because they were practically spotless so I kept my interior clean too.

I usually just bring trash bags with me when transporting items like wheels/tires/exhaust.
