The condensation inside the back glass could be from snow/water on the floor mats, but I'd expect to see condensation on the other windows as well. If you see condensation on all the windows, there's just too much moisture trapped in the car and you need to look for the source. If you have rubber floor mats that hold water from melted snow, try dumping snow/water on the mats out of the car before parking for the night. You might also want to feel the carpets in all the footwells to make sure there isn't a leak. A clogged sunroof drain can dump water down behind the interior trim where it will soak the carpeting.

If the condensation is only on the back glass, I'd suspect that the hatch seal is leaking. If it is leaking, you'll find dampness on the cargo carpeting or a puddle in the spare tire well.
