Is there a laptop application for mazdas i can take full controll of the ecu or bcm? Or even a handheld unit?

Im used to german cars and have used things like vagcom or bavtech apps and cables to read clear codes activate certain modules, reprgram windows, ect. For vw's and BMW'S.

Was curious if there was something similar for mazdas.
