Drivers seat flat wore out (actually in)

So, I just bought a 2015 Mazda 3 with 29,000 miles on it and the drivers seat is flat wore out; no lumbar support, no shoulder support and the seat bottom is saggy. I sink into it so far the head rest actually pushes my head forward. I use the passenger seat as a reference and it is night and day. I am not saying the previous driver was over weight, but if they were not, these seats are terribly designed to be so wore out at 29,000 miles. My questions are these. Has any one changed the foam from passenger seat to driver seat and would that be enough, or do you imagine the springs are also shot. Is the foam even transferable, is it the same cut? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

I just had the driver's seat cushion replaced yesterday because the stitching separated. And from owning my Mazda3 from new the seats are a little flat. I find the seats perfectly fine (Drove eight hours straight with no fatigue).
As for springs, as far as I know, no manufacturer uses springs in the traditional sense, they would probably use a wire rack that gives some sort of flex. Its possible this wire rack is bent, I'm just guessing, but since I have owned the car the cushions are pretty solid. And yes I am a big guy. 6' 255 lbs, but I have no problems with the seats.

Many cars have slightly different sized or shaped seats between the driver's and passenger seat's. Perhaps your Mazda parts specialist can look up parts numbers and see if yours are the same or different.

Years ago I found an upholstery shop near me that did great work, not just replacing or repairing pieces, but custom sculpting the new foam so it works perfectly for me. Hope you have one like that near you.
