Since this post belongs in this section, here goes:
So in 2015 I purchased my first Mazda 3 from Mazda of Brampton. I know some people have had bad experiences with this dealership, but for me, I have had no problems. Last week I contacted Mazda Canada to see if they had received Mazda of Brampton's paper work in regards to fixing the cushion of the driver's seat. To explain, the stitching had started to separate last November, and I was procrastinating about taking it in and have Mazda of Brampton look at it and see if they would replace it since I still have the warranty for another year.
Mazda Canada called me and gave me the go ahead to bring it in and they would replace the seat cushion. Dropped my car off last night and got it back with a brand new seat. Just like when the car was new.
I'm totally happy with how fast they dealt with this and how they treated me as a customer. I will not hesitate to go back to them for another car if need be.
