I've got some 195/65/R15 88Q snow tires that I wouldn't mind using up. I'll need some new rims of course and I'm finding different values for the offset. Tirerack says 42mm. Wheel-size.com says 50mm. I definitely want to get it right and not be changing wheel bearings.... been there.

I understand the difference load ratings but what is the realistic difference for me? Why is the stock load rating so high? The vehicle weight is ~3000lbs. I'm quite surprised to see 94H tires on the car. First time I'm noticing this and I might just sell what I have and get a new package with 16" rims.

I went with Dorman 939-196 15 x 6 steel wheels. The fit is fine with 46mm offset, no clearance problems
