Does anyone attempt to change the computer chip to increase horsepower?
i want to get the after market chip from ebay, but i am not sure which one should i get and how to install it
does it really works?

when i was on highway i 5 (straight freeway to LA),,i was trying how fast my mazda 3 can go,
but it starting to oil cut on 120mph,,but on the meter it shows 160.
so my question is ,is that the highest speed mazda 3 can go?

Those chips on Ebay are just resistors for you MAF all they are going to do is lean out your mixture and cause engine damage. The 120 mph that you hit was the factory built in speed cut and the Mazdaspeed is set to 155 I believe. They do this so they can get away with cheaper tires from the factory not necessarily how fast the car can go or how much power it has. If you wanted to go faster in a MZ3 (dont know why) you would need a tuning solution that removes the limiter.

don't waste your money on those ebay rip-offs... wait for Hypertech to release their Max Energy Sport Power Programmer (they are still working on the programmer for the 2010 Mz3). here is the programmer for the 1st gen. 3, so you can get an idea of what it will offer: Hypertech. highlights: adds 6-7 hp & 7-10 ft-lbs. torque, allows you to increase speed limiter, allows you to increase or decrease rev limiter, and more. a bunch of people on mazdas247 are running these on their 2010 MS3s and first gen. Mz3s/MS3s and really seem to like them.
