According the Car and Driver review, the 2023 does have cylinder deactivation in the 2.5l. They don't mention the turbo specifically, they just say 2.5l. They have done away with the 2.0l for 2023.
Don't think it came on anything other than the Premium at launch. And my 2022 does not seem to have it. The shitty transmission makes it sluggish enough!
