Greetings from Toronto, Canada!

Just bought myself my first car, a white 2015 Mazda 3 Sport GS. I'm loving it so farand stumbled on this site for some opinions on getting tinting done and possibly some new wheels. I've found what I think to be a good deal on some summer wheels, Dai Autobahns in matt black 18x8 +45 with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 Plus 225/45/r18 for $1650. is there some consensus on Dai wheels? Are they good quality? Do they actually look good in person (as opposed to cheap looking)? I was originally going to get some OEM M011 wheels but was told by the dealer they are like 27 lbs!!!!!!. I was liking the Enkei Raijins but they are super duper expensive at like 350 each. Anyway, would definitely appreciate some input!

On another note, do you guys/gals have any experience with Autolinks and their F1 ceramic tints? I cant decide which tint level to go for. 30% all around? 15% all around? 30%front/15% back? I definitely don't want trouble with law enforcement but not sure if 30% is dark enough to go all around.

Thanks all!

Hi. I’m from Toronto too , you can easily find set of used rpf1 on kijiji for 1200-1400 with tire. I got my gold rpf1 with pss summer 17x8 for $1200. And recently got set of Evo bbs rim 18x8.5 for $900 but no tire. Both rims are super light. And very high resell value.
I tinted my window 5% at back and rear. 20% for front .

Thank you for input! Im kinda even looking into the Raijins in 18x8 et45 with 225/45R18 for a bout $2000. Can you run 8.5 with 225 with stock suspension and everything? Im very new to this and am just looking to put a new set of wheels on the car with out fender rolling and all that jazz. I greatly appreciate the input :)

OP checkout Wheels co, they offer pretty decent deals on wheels brand new and they are authorized dealers for Enkei as well.

27lbs isn't that bad since GTA is full of pot holes, though $350 is quite expensive for wheels.

I got a set of EKM3s and I love them, though ~ 24lbs with rubber.

I went to autolinks for my tint, they are ok but they are pretty much booked all the time and their waiting room sucks.

A few friends recommended me autobliss, they seem to be more affordable yet still provide ceramic

225 45 18 on 18x8.5 et45 is very safe . You don’t need any fender rolling

Did you mean to say 18x8 et 45 or 18x8.5 et45? So far Ive been looking at the 18x8 but according to the fittment thread first post it might might work without rolling fenders. I dont want any rubbing problems, even with a car full of gear!
